Our fundraiser helps the orchestra cover the following expenses: purchasing more instruments and music, instrument maintenance fees, guest instructors, supplement uniform costs, field trip bus costs (Atlanta Symphony Trip), audition/performance fees for GMEA LGPE, director training and development, instrument supplies (strings, rosin, rockstops, shoulder rests).
Parents we also need volunteers to help with the collection of forms and money on Tues. Oct. 7th from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. We also need volunteers on Delivery Day which the week of Nov. 17th (date TBA) from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Parents please turn in the form with this information that was in your child's fundraiser packet by Oct. 3rd or simply e-mail me through the blog with the date and time your are available.
